However, most non-woven bags produced by non-woven bag manufacturers use water-based elastic glue. This is mainly due to the following two factors:
1. Unlike the surface of ordinary objects, the mesh on the surface of non-woven bags is relatively large. If you choose general ink printing, if the coverage is not good, that is, after printing, a lot of the base color of the fabric itself is exposed, such a printing effect will be ugly. Therefore, because of the surface properties of the non-woven fabric itself, we use water-based elastic glue.
2. Water-based elastic glue is a relatively environmentally friendly ink, and it has basically no odor. Therefore, since we are making non-woven bags, of course we have to choose environmentally friendly ink.
Of course, the manufacturing cost of good water-based elastic glue is high, but in order to better serve customers, we still need to provide better quality non-woven bags.
