Types Of Non-woven Fabrics

Types of Non-woven Shopping Bag
Non-woven fabrics can be divided into the following types according to different production processes:
1. Spunlace non-woven fabrics: high-pressure fine water jets are sprayed onto one or more layers of fiber webs to entangle the fibers with each other, thereby reinforcing the fiber webs and giving them a certain strength.
2. Heat-bonded non-woven fabrics: refers to adding fibrous or powdery hot-melt bonding reinforcement materials to the fiber webs, and then the fiber webs are heated, melted, cooled and reinforced into cloth.
3. Pulp air-laid non-woven fabrics: also known as dust-free paper and dry papermaking non-woven fabrics. It uses air-laid technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then uses an airflow method to agglomerate the fibers on the web curtain, and then the fiber web is reinforced into cloth.
4. Wet-laid non-woven fabrics: fiber raw materials placed in a water medium are opened into single fibers, and different fiber raw materials are mixed to form a fiber suspension slurry, which is transported to the web-forming mechanism, and the fibers are formed into a web in a wet state and then reinforced into cloth.
5. Spunbond nonwoven fabric: After the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments, the filaments are laid into a web, and the web is then bonded, thermally bonded, chemically bonded or mechanically reinforced to make the web into a nonwoven fabric.
6. Meltblown nonwoven fabric: Its process: polymer feeding --- melt extrusion --- fiber formation --- fiber cooling --- web formation --- reinforcement into cloth.
7. Needle-punched nonwoven fabric: It is a kind of dry nonwoven fabric. Needle-punched nonwoven fabric uses the puncture effect of the needle to reinforce the fluffy web into cloth.
8. Stitched nonwoven fabric: It is a kind of dry nonwoven fabric. The stitching method uses the warp knitting coil structure to reinforce the web, yarn layer, non-textile material (such as plastic sheet, plastic thin metal foil, etc.) or their combination to make a nonwoven fabric.
