Generally, there are two types of printing materials available for non-woven bag manufacturers to choose from, one is water-based elastic glue and the other is ink. For example, the printing on ordinary non-woven bags uses water-based elastic glue. The characteristics of this water-based elastic glue are that the effect after printing has a significant sense of concave and convex, and the coverage is good, it is washable, and basically has no odor. Ink is generally used for screen printing of general objects, such as the surface of metal boxes, etc. The characteristic of this printing process is high printing precision. There are mainly the following factors:
1. Unlike the surface of ordinary objects, the mesh on the surface of fabric is relatively large. If the coverage rate of general ink printing is not good, that is, after printing, a lot of the base color of the fabric itself is exposed, the printing effect will be ugly. Therefore, because of the surface properties of the fabric itself, we use water-based elastic glue.
2. Mix the color paste and water-based elastic glue during printing. No chemical solvent is used when washing the printing plate, and it can be directly washed with water. Its characteristics are good coloring power, strong hiding and fastness, water-resistant, and basically no odor.
3. Water-based elastic glue is a relatively environmentally friendly ink, and it basically has no odor. Therefore, since we are making non-woven environmentally friendly bags, of course we have to choose environmentally friendly ink.
